WIP Leadership Development

Women who rise into leadership often juggle multiple roles, create immense value for others, and pursue their ambitions with determination. Yet, leadership can feel isolating, especially when navigating transitions, workplace dynamics, or questions of purpose and alignment.

“Strong, smart, determined, hard-working woman, but lacks a bit of confidence” – Heard this before?

Women in Power (WIP™) Coaching was created to address this gap — a bespoke, six-month executive coaching program that combines deep personal reflection with practical leadership development, validating and building confidence from the inside. It provides both the structured support and safe space women need to grow authentically in senior roles and overcome imposter syndrome.

What WIP Focuses On

Through one-on-one coaching, women leaders are guided to:

  • Overcome imposter syndrome, understand limiting beliefs and unmet needs
  • Break through barriers to purpose, passion, and impact
  • Navigate personal challenges while managing workplace power dynamics
  • Transition from technical expertise into confident leadership
  • Strengthen leadership presence, managerial skills, and long-term career growth

6-Month WIP Women Executive Leadership Coaching & Development Programme

Women in Power (WIP) is a powerful reframe of the familiar Work in Progress. It’s a six-month coaching journey designed for women who are ready to grow inwardly and lead outwardly — with clarity, courage, and renewed purpose.

Over the first five months, we focus on you — your inner world, your story, your patterns. It’s a safe, reflective space to uncover what’s been holding you back:

  • The self-limiting beliefs you’ve unknowingly outgrown
  • The assumptions you’ve internalized about success, worth, or leadership
  • The quiet voice inside that’s asking for something more aligned

This is a deeply intentional inward journey — not about fixing, but about reconnecting.

In the final month, we shift to the outer world. You’ll work with a seasoned professional who’ll support your career development through:

  • CV refinement
  • LinkedIn profile alignment
  • Mock interviews and clarity around your next move

It’s not just personal or professional — it’s both. Because true power comes from integrating who you are with how you lead.

Let's talk, this is my personal invitation to you

Constantly striving to be better

We are a work in progress, constantly striving to be better, from a scarcity mindset, questioning our worth, being vulnerable, needing to belong, wanting to know the answer to, “Am I good enough?” Cultivating authenticity from deep within and overcoming ‘shame gremlins’ around body image, ageing appearance, money, parenting, motherhood and all others that are thrust in our face by society, that’s what WIP is all about.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • 1. Who is this executive coaching program for?

WIP is designed for mid-career and senior women leaders who want more than just performance coaching. If you’re navigating a leadership transition, battling burnout, or feeling misaligned in your current role, this executive coaching program for women offers the space to pause, reflect, and realign. Whether you’re a corporate leader, founder, or high-potential manager, WIP helps you reconnect with your power and purpose.

  • 2. What makes WIP different from other leadership coaching programs for women?

WIP blends deep inner work with practical leadership development. While most coaching programs focus on surface-level career progression, WIP starts inward: we explore the self-limiting beliefs, internal narratives, and emotional patterns that hold you back. Then, in the final month, we focus on career clarity, professional visibility, and tools like CV refinement, LinkedIn coaching, and mock interviews. This combination makes WIP one of the few leadership coaching programs for women that truly integrate personal and professional transformation.

  • 3. How much time will I need to commit?

The WIP coaching journey spans six months, with biweekly one-on-one coaching sessions (45 minutes each). You’ll also receive optional reflection exercises and journaling prompts between sessions. The pace is spacious and intentional — perfect for high-performing women balancing demanding careers and personal responsibilities.

  • 4. What’s included in the career development coaching part of the program?

In the final phase of WIP, you’ll work with a senior coach and mentor who offers practical guidance in:

    • Career transitions

    • LinkedIn profile optimization

    • Interview preparation

    • Professional branding

This part of the program is designed to help you move forward with clarity, presence, and confidence — whether you’re exploring new roles, re-entering the workforce, or ready to lead at a higher level.

  • 5. How do I know if I'm ready for this kind of coaching?

If you’re a woman who’s been carrying a lot — expectations, responsibilities, self-doubt — and you’re craving space to breathe and be seen… that’s enough. You don’t need a clear plan or title change to start. This program meets you where you are. Many WIP clients come in feeling burnt out, overwhelmed, or just “off” — and leave feeling more like themselves again. If that resonates, you’re already ready.

  • 6. What do other women say about the WIP coaching experience?

Clients describe WIP as transformative, grounding, and deeply personal — not just another leadership workshop. Many say it’s the first time they’ve felt truly seen and supported as both a woman and a leader.

  • 7. How do I know if I’m coachable or ready for leadership coaching?

Many women ask this before joining: “Am I coachable?” or “Is now the right time for me to start?”

Here’s a simple self-check based on traits of highly coachable leaders. Read through these and see which ones resonate:

Coachability Self-Check – Are You Ready?

✔️ I’m open to feedback, even when it’s uncomfortable
✔️ I want to grow — not just professionally, but personally
✔️ I’m willing to look inward and reflect on what’s getting in my way
✔️ I can commit time and energy to my own development
✔️ I don’t need to “have it all figured out,” but I want support to move forward
✔️ I’m curious about new perspectives, even if they challenge old beliefs
✔️ I’m ready to take aligned action, not just talk about change

If you said “yes” to at least 4 of these, chances are you’re ready.
WIP doesn’t require you to be perfect — just present, honest, and willing to explore. That’s where real change begins.
